Team Member
Position Overview:
Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.
Cook
The cook is responsible for preparing and packaging food and drink products while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators.
Hourly Shift Coordinator
Position Overview:
Hourly Shift Coordinators (HSC) are the Shift Leaders of the restaurant focused on delivering sales and profit results through profitability, Guest, people & operations. HSCs support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing the operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service and people. HSCs operates under the direction of the RGM and directly manages a shift of Team Members.
Assistant Manager
Position Overview:
Assistant Managers (AM) are the operations leaders of the restaurant focused on profitability, Guest service, people development and operations management. AMs support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant, driving key performance outcomes. AMs operate under the direction of the RGM and typically manage a team of Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members (20-45 employees).
Restaurant General Manager
Position Overview:
Restaurant General Managers (RGM) are the leaders of their restaurants, focused on profitability, guest, people and operations. RGMs has overall responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant. RGMs typically operate under the direction of a District Manager and directly manages a team of an Assistant Manager, Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members (typically 20-45 employees).
